Surnommer PACIFICA (Vancouver), NEMESIS (Toronto), PEGASUS (Ottawa), ODYSSEY (Montréal) et ATLANTIS (Québec, Québec).

Our technology is such that information is shared between the five stations AT ALL TIMES! 

EVERY alarm that is seen by our operators in Odyssey is seen simultaneously by those working at Pegasus, Nemesis, Atlantis and Pacifica.

Generally, if a call or alarm signal originates from inside the province of Ontario, it will be handled by our operators in Ottawa or Toronto. Quebec will have Montreal and Quebec City as the primary destination and Western Canada will have Vancouver.

Having said that, if either station is experiencing a busier-than-normal amount of traffic, calls and signals will automatically be routed to the other stations to relieve the load.

TOUTES les alarmes qui sont perçues par un opérateur chez ODYSSEY sont aussi perçues simultanément par les opérateurs chez Pegasus, Nemesis, Atlantis et Pacifica

Généralement, tous les appels ou signaux d’alarmes qui sont générés à l’intérieur de la Province de Québec seront pris en charge par un opérateur de Montréal ou de Québec. L’Ontario sera couvert primordialement par Toronto et Ottawa. L’Ouest Canadien avec Vancouver.

Avec ceci dit, si une station est surchargée par un achalandage anormal d’appels ou de signaux d’alarmes ceux ci seront acheminés vers les autres stations pour alléger la surcharge.
